Overview

Aspen Beauty Academy Laurel is seeking an Appointment Generator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in driving sales by converting leads and setting appointments for our admissions team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service and sales to contribute to the success and growth of our student body.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and respond to inquiries from prospective students who have expressed interest in our cosmetology programs
• Provide information about the school, curriculum, facilities, and career opportunities in the beauty industry
• Qualify leads and determine their educational needs and career goals
• Schedule appointments for campus tours, program presentations, and admissions consultations
• Follow up with leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture relationships and encourage enrollment
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Enthusiastic and personable demeanor with a passion for helping others;
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot);
• Knowledge of the beauty industry and cosmetology education is a plus.

Compensation

Starting hourly compensation from $19-$22 per hour depending on skills and experience.
